Have you always wanted to see the Rings of the Planet Saturn? This tour includes the use of the latest Astronomy Equipment to help you get the most out of your stargazing experience. We have a powerful computerised telescope and astro binoculars for your use so that you can see the planets and our moon in great detail.
The Pinnacles Desert is well renowned for it's ancient landscape and dark skies with zero light pollution makes it a perfect spot for stargazing. As well as providing equipment for your stargazing experience, you will also get to learn about Aboriginal Astronomy and hear Dreamtime stories of the night sky (fun fact, Australian Aboriginals are considered to be the world's first astronomers!).
The tour runs all year round, the night sky changes throughout the seasons and although it is a bit colder, autumn, winter and spring are some of the best times of the year to see the Milky Way and Planets in the Southern Hemisphere.
While you wait for the stars and planets to appear, enjoy a traditional Australian Barbeque Dinner in the Pinnacles Desert with a glass of Australian wine as you watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean.

- This is a self-drive tour. Meeting at the Pinnacles car park, you drive into the Pinnacles desert, and you drive back home afterwards.
